Liz Conforti

I grew up with my hands in a well of flour learning authentic recipes from my elders who immigrated to New York City from the region of Campania surrounding Naples, Italy. I have spent thirteen years living on a medically necessary gluten free diet; re-creating family recipes with gluten free ingredients. I am intent on illuminating how to create delicious gluten free cooking and baking.  I am personally dedicated to helping food sensitive individuals (and their communities) eat safely, enjoy life and thrive!
