Medically Necessary GF Diet

medically necessary

Living on a Medically Necessary GF Diet means that a person has been given a prescription to not eat gluten.  Gluten is found in foods and in particulate matter on porous surfaces and more.  Being “glutened” just from a plate washed with a sponge that washes plates with gluten is quite real…and can be quite painful.  There are a spectrum of symptoms a person can suffer. It can take a moment or hours for a reaction to be felt by the sufferer. Reactions can last for days or weeks.  Please be kind to folks whom you plan to feed.  If you can’t make it GF, then please don’t provide the food.  We have all been glutened, or poisoned, from our loved ones.  Please think before you prep
