This creamy and delectable cannellini bean dip is so quick and easy! Whirl it together quickly in a food processor for immediate use and it also travels wonderfully, eat this dip at room temperature. I like to serve this with Cannellini Bean Crackers (stay tuned for recipe), veggies work great too. Cannellini are hearty white kidney beans packed with protein and very low in fat. I’m sure your friends will enjoy this dip at your next gathering!
1 can (19 ounces) drained & washed Cannellini Beans
1 ½ teaspoon gluten free Red Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoons Water
1 ½ teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/8 teaspoon Garlic granules
1/8 teaspoon Onion granules
¼ teaspoon Cayenne (or to taste)
¼ teaspoon Salt
Drain and wash Cannellini beans and place in bowl of food processor.
Add the garlic, onion, salt, red wine vinegar and water. Process until cannellini are smooth.
Serve at room temperature.
